Empowering Mind, Body & Spirit — One Kick at a Time
Join us for an unforgettable 4-day Karate Camp at ZenTora, where children not only train with experienced martial artists but also explore mindfulness, creative expression, and focused play in a nurturing, Zen-inspired environment.

Each day runs from 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM, blending traditional Shotokan Karate with enriching activities like breathwork, attention training, martial arts-themed games, nature-based art, and reflection time. A 15-minute snack break allows children to relax, socialize, and practice mindful eating.

This camp isn’t just about physical training—it’s about building discipline, confidence, inner strength, and joyful connection. No experience required. All levels welcome!

We start with breathwork, stretching, and light movement to focus the mind and energize the body. This gentle intro sets the tone for a calm, confident morning — even for first-time campers.

Karate & Games That Build Focus

Campers of all levels practice traditional Shotokan Karate in a fun, encouraging space. We mix technique with playful drills and reaction-based games to sharpen focus, discipline, and body awareness — all while having fun.

Creative Projects & Social Time

Nature-inspired art, crafts, and movement-based activities help kids express themselves and connect. Daily snack breaks provide space to relax, build friendships, and recharge.

Reflection, Support & Safe Space

What should my child wear?

Comfy athletic clothes are perfect—no uniform needed! If your child wants to try a karate gi, we’ll have extras on hand the first day, but it’s totally optional.

How are groups and activities organized?

Campers are grouped by age (5–8 and 9–13) so everyone feels included and challenged. Each morning blends karate, mindfulness, creative projects, and time to make new friends.

What should my child bring?

Just a water bottle and a smile! We provide healthy snacks, filtered water, and all the gear for karate, art, and games. No extra supplies needed.

Is the dojo comfortable in summer?

Absolutely! Our bright, plant-filled dojo is climate-controlled and designed for cool comfort—even on the hottest days. It’s a calm, welcoming space for everyone.

Does my child need karate experience?

No experience needed! Camp is open to all levels, from first-timers to returning students. Every child learns at their own pace and celebrates their progress.
