Join us for an unforgettable 4-day Karate Camp at ZenTora, where children not only train with experienced martial artists but also explore mindfulness, creative expression, and focused play in a nurturing, Zen-inspired environment.
Each day runs from 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM, blending traditional Shotokan Karate with enriching activities like breathwork, attention training, martial arts-themed games, nature-based art, and reflection time.
A 15-minute snack break allows children to relax, socialize, and practice mindful eating.
